How is a Team plan different from a Pro Standard plan?
A Team plan is designed for companies, agencies, and creative teams (up to 20 users) that need to work together. Assets are licensed to the company rather than an individual, so your business stays protected even if someone leaves the team. It also gives your business access to our $99 Pro Business License in bulk at a 90% discount, with the convenience of paying at the end of the month instead of pre-purchasing credits that might go unused. On top of that, it includes tools that make collaboration easier, such as admin controls for managing users, shared licensing across the team, and improved workflow features that help everyone stay aligned. All these capabilities are not included in a Pro Standard plan.
What happens to my downloaded assets if I cancel my subscription?
When you cancel your subscription with Vecteezy, you keep all the assets you've already downloaded and can continue using them indefinitely for the projects they were originally licensed for, since those rights are granted at the time of download. However, you can't use those same assets for new or different projects after your subscription ends, you would need an active plan to license them again for additional use.
Can I get Unlimited Downloads on a Team or Enterprise plan?
Vecteezy does offer an "unlimited downloads" subscription, but that is specifically designed for individual users, not business/team accounts. Our Team and Enterprise plans are specifically designed for businesses and teams to access our strongest license at a steep discount. We offer a pay-per-use pricing model and include features like company-wide licensing, admin controls, legal protection, and workflow tools, not unlimited volume.
Can I get a Free Trial for a Team or Enterprise plan?
We do not offer a free trial for our Teams or Enterprise plans. However, if you are interested in learning more, please contact us and a member from our team would be happy to give you a demo.
How does the per-download pricing work?
At the end of each month, we'll charge your on-file credit card based on your plan and the number of assets your team licensed over the past 30 days.
Why do I need a Pro Business License?
With a Pro Business License, assets are licensed to the company rather than an individual, so your business stays protected even if someone leaves your team. A Pro Business License also offers peace of mind with unlimited rights on usage like products for resale, print runs, broadcast video, wall decorations, etc.
What does a Pro Business License not allow?
A Pro Business License does not allow Third-party transfer rights, sensitive use coverage, or content storage/reuse. If this is something you need, you will need to contact us about Enterprise licensing.
